Comfort Chefs Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are committed to operating our business in accordance with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act, and this Shipping & Delivery Policy is aligned therewith. The following terms apply to any Goods You purchase from Comfort Chefs.

  • Goods refer to the prepared, frozen meals and related items offered for sale on the Service.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

International Orders

We do not sell to, or provide services, outside of South Africa.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationally across South Africa. Orders are delivered to the shipping address You provide when You place Your Order, provided all Goods are available for delivery.

Cold-Chain Delivery

Our meals are perishable frozen Goods. Deliveries are handled by our cold-chain courier partner, The Frozen Food Courier, so that Your Goods remain frozen and the cold chain is maintained from our kitchen to Your door.

Delivery Times

Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 days of Us accepting Your Order, provided all Goods are available for delivery. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier schedules.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on Your delivery address and Order, and are payable by You. Any applicable fees will be shown before You confirm and pay for Your Order.

General

We reserve the right to refuse Orders based on our shipping and delivery conditions in our sole discretion.
