When Will I Receive My Order?
Frozen meals are delivered within 7-10 working days We strive to deliver your meals as quickly as possible while ensuring they arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.
Can I Pick Up My Order?
Yes, orders can be picked up from our distribution point in Cape Town, Monday to Friday from 8AM-6PM, Weekends by arrangement

Picking up your order is a great way to save on delivery charges and get your meals sooner.
How Much Are The Delivery Charges?
Pickups from our distribution point in Cape Town do not incur any delivery charges.
Delivery fees in Cape Town are area dependent and will be calculated at checkout.
Gauteng: R190
Garden Route (select areas) R250
Eastern Cape (select areas) R250
For deliveries to areas our 3rd party delivery companies do not service, we would make use of The Courier Guy, shipping starts at R490
How Do I Reheat My Frozen Meals?
To ensure the best taste and quality, please follow these reheating instructions:
Microwave (recommended):
Remove the meal from the freezer.
Remove the plastic covering from the container. The container is microwave-safe so you can place it directly in the microwave. Heat on high for 3-5 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Stir halfway through the heating time for even warming. Let the meal sit for 1-2 minutes before serving.
Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Remove the meal from the freezer and transfer it to an oven-safe dish if necessary. Cover with aluminum foil to prevent drying out. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until the meal is thoroughly heated.
